• Parent/Guardian Name, Contact Number, and Address.
• Child's Name, Age, Gender, Weight, Height, and Immunization History.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for:

• Monitoring the nutritional status (BMI) of children.
• Tracking vaccination schedules and generating health reports.
• Barangay Health Worker (BHW) and LGU reporting purposes.

3. Data Security

We implement security measures including password hashing, session security, and role-based access control to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Data Sharing

Your data is accessible only by authorized Barangay Health Workers and Administrators. We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

5. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data stored in our system.
